[G4] iDVD

It is my understanding that it does not work out of the box with an 
external drive.  There is a patch floating around which is reputed to 
enable this functionality.  What I did was to replace the internal 
optical drive with a DVR-104 from pioneer. This is pretty easy to do, 
and works fine.
