I gotta say my 1.2  was sold a a 1.26 but FCP 4 chokes and sputters on 
1.26
(cause it thinks its 600 and even though the whole machine screamed  at 
1.33
it crashed on renders (some cache thing).
  I do believe the newer 1.4's are more stable.
