I've replaced many drives over the years and of the IDE/ATA drive on the Market I prefer the Western Digital. That is except for "Caviar" models. Maxtor drives die on me very quick. I'vs had 2 die within a year. Seagate has always had quality SCSI drives but I only used one Seagate IDE. So far that works fine.... ____________ Robert Hazelrigg 126 Whalepond Road West Long Branch, NJ 07764 On Apr 29, 2004, at 5:57 PM, Richard Kriss wrote: > I have two Western Digital hard drives in my G4-450 AGP (20 and 40) > and use > the 40 as backup drive using Carbon Copy Cloner (CCC).
