Check out <http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107210> if you
also want to reset the NetInfo database (NetInfo is Mac OS X's central
database of user accounts, groups, passwords, printers, computers, and
other configuration information) and basically wipe out all your personal
data.
