I have never heard about selected a user name format, plain text or unset. I actually don't have a password on the X P box, but it doesn't connect if I don't put password in either. I will look at the other Web-site you sent me information on some time tomorrow. I have FireWire on the X P box, but nothing plugged into it. Its been awhile since I had to verify ports, can you remind me where to check that? That could be a problem. I'm currently running Mac OS X version 10.3.6. Thank you for your time!
