[G4] Strange Browser Behavior

It seems like the same thing that was messing with my computer. I found 
a solution that worked - manually enter the DNS servers in the Network 
preferences. Or - I've heard that 10.3.7 fixes the problem. After I 
entered the DNS servers, I've never had to click twice again. :)
