FAXing problems

I'm trying to use a software called pagesender to FAX with. But I can't 
get the printer utility to 'add a printer' so I can select that 
application as my fax software. I have OSX panther on a mirror front 
G4.

I'm very new to OSX after years on OS9 and am really having problems 
finding my way around. Any help would be appreciated. I really need to 
get this thing faxing.
