Billy, What do you mean when you say "connect"? If the VPC is on the same machine that you want to connect to, you can install VPC Extras and share your Mac hard drive with the VPC instance. You can manipulate the same files in Windows as you could in the Finder. The Go menu only works from a network perspective and VPC default is shared networking, meaning that the Windows instance and the Mac use the same network connection, therefore they wouldn't understand connecting to one another. Sharing the disk between Windows and Mac is probably the way you want to go.
