[G4] Plugins on OSX

Right-click (CTL-Click) on the application icon.  Select "Show 
Package Contents."  Navigate to Contents/MacOS/Plug-ins.  The only 
plug-in that I have there is "Default Plugin Carbon.cfm".

This approach also works with Eudora, and that's why I thought to try 
this approach with IE.
