[G4] Ipix plugin

ipix is QTVR's main competitor-biggest difference is that ipix creation 
software is cross-platform. a friend of mine used ipix quite a bit when 
she interned at the national museum of natural history or some such 
museum in D.C. by the time she left, she was duly impressed, and 
thought it was a much more robust creation suite than QTVR (probably 
true-especially looking at how little QTVR has been updated)
