I picked up a HP Laserjet 1200 a couple of years ago (models change almost monthly!) Been very good - usual HP stuff, i.e., never breaks, just keeps on chugging. Just a note about newer HP printers, though (I also have a wide, cp 1700 inkjet model): Don' throw away the instruction materials!! Some of the disassembly methods are literally "Yank real hard" to remove certain components. You'd never get there, if you are like me, without the manual, looking for levers, clips, screws or pins for each component. I am looking to purchase an inexpensive laser printer for my system. Has anyone had any experiences with the low end products? HP, Samsung, and Brother all offer laser printers in the $150-$300 range. ..........
