User Prefs Transfer

Can anyone tell me please. Is it possible to transfer my user account 
preferences, safari bookmarks, autofill, passwords, address book etc. 
from my G4 at work to my G4 at home? Rather than go through the drama 
of reconfiguring every thing on the new setup at home. Both G4s running 
OS X.3.4

Any ideas would greatly appreciated.
