According to MacAddict (Feb2004) Magazine you would benefit more from a RAM upgrade than a processor upgrade. The article also says anything more than a 1Gig of RAM is over kill. I was thinking of getting the same 2 processors for my Sawtooth APG 400. I got the Gig of RAM instead. So far I've only seen a modrate increase in speed. I'm toying between and upgrade or just wait until July for the New G5 3Gig MP. ____________ Rob > > Hello from good old (and rainy) Europe ! :-) > > I use my G4 DP 450 for about 2 Years now (bought it on ebay) and it's > still amazing - espacially compared to my $%&§!
