translating Truetype fonts from IBM to Mac...

This is a short question that is a bit off topic.  Some years ago I had a
shaerware application that would allow me to translate Windows Truetype
fonts into Truetype fonts that can be used on a Mac.  Problem is I don't
remember exactly what the name was or where I could find it on the
internet.  Does anyone know of a simple application that would do as I
mentioned?
