I have a 1.25Ghz MDD, 768 RAM, running 10.3.2 happpily. So, last night I decided I had waited long enough and did the software update. When I restarted, all of my external FW drives were gone. No problem, has happened before, loose cables, etc, so again restarted. No luck. Ran disc utility to see if they were recognized but just not mounted. Nope. Ran fix permissions on main drive just for good measure. Pulled all cables, blew out any dust, plugged back in, nope. Looked around for the CUDA button to push. Can't find it. I have only had this machine for 2 months, so never had cause to look for it yet, but after searching, I just can't seem to see it. The most likely place to find it, in my past experience, is near the PRAM battery. Yet, I don't see it there. There is a card installed right next to the battery, I have no clue what it is, but is it possible to have the CUDA button under it? So any help would be appreciated with either problem. BTW, the drives were all recognized in 10.3.2 with no problems, and they are all different kinds of cases, so I don't think it's the usual FW board issue. I'm often wrong though :) Melinda ===== There are no stupid questions, just a lot of inquisitive idiots. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Finance Tax Center - File online.
