[G4] keychange

did it begin to happen after an update?  it seems that recent updates 
have caused panther to re-ask me to confirm individual applications 
access to my keychain (apple's collection of your passwords). it has 
always happened with updates to mail and itunes, i think quicktime 
occasionally too.
