If you had more brains than mouth, you'd be able to figure out that at 
the bottom of each message there are directions for unsubscribing. Of 
course, you have to be able to read, which you might find hard to do 
thru that red fog in front of your eyes most of the time.
Here's a clue:  Click on the FAQ. Uhhh, that's at the bottom of the 
page. Look for number six. That's "6" in case you're forgotten your 
numbers, along with your courtesy and any  manners your mama taught you.
Once you get down to number six, you'll find instructions you're looking 
for.
By the way, there is no swearing or name callling there, so it may take 
some while to figure it all out.
