Yes, if the servers in question are also up at the time of reboot you could put a startup item in the /System/Library/StartupItems folder that would use the native Linux commands to re-attach them. One of the issues with this though is that while you would be attached to the servers (i.e., they will be in the /Volumes directory), there would not be icons on your desktop for them (I did this once a while back on 10.1.x). Perhaps someone knows how to kick Darwin to add the icons. In either way- the commands you would want to use are in the directory /sbin. You would use the ones appropriate to the type of file system you are attaching to: /sbin/mount_afp - apple file protocol /sbin/mount_smbfs - samba etc.... You can get command descriptions from "man" (e.g., man mount_afp) in the terminal window.
