[G4] LED flashing

FYI: Apple has a name for the light dimming on and off while in deep 
sleep mode. It's called "breathing" and every Mac since the original 
iMac (Columbus May 1998) and the G3 (Yosemite January 1999) does this 
including the iBook and Powerbook lines.
