[G4] Large 2nd hard drive

Hi folks,

I have a dual Mirrored Drive Door G4 with a 160 GB hard drive.  I am 
thinking of adding a 2nd hard drive.  I noticed that Seagate now makes 
400GB Ultra ATA/100 7200 rpm drive.

Has anyone tried this?

I have also heard that such a large drive can slow things down if one 
used it for editing video.  I think the thought was that it would take 
longer to find things on a larger disk.  Any thoughts?  I have found 
that it is easy to fill 160 GB with video.
