[G4] iPhoto sooo slow

Drew,
Thanks for the many hints. I'll let you know how iPhoto 5 works out
(particularly with its Raw file capabilities). I don't have the Canon
Digital Photo Professional, but have used the Canon app. That came with my
Canon Power Shot S70 - also I believe Photoshop CS did allow me to import
Raw files.
