Hi Kevin, all I can say is that if you have a cd within the cd player try clicking the mouse button at start up, that's the way it gets out. I experienced the same problem and it was because somebody moved the CPU while a cd was spinning. Hope this is useful for you. Jose. Santa Fe, Arg.
