[G4] FIOS Vs. DSL

In the past, I have found that the techs at Verizon were clueless and that Verizon's billing department was either unreachable or impossible.  I have had excellent service and responsiveness from my local Cox Cable.  So, for me, here in the outskirts of Washington, it's a no-brainer.  That may not hold any place else, however.
