[G4] Vid Card question

i know the pc1 32meg 7000  was an improvement on the rage 128.
oop's.....
i mean adding a 32meg pci ati improved the proformance of the 16 meg 
agp rage 128 because it can use the video ram and still use the agp 
power.........

g4 400 agp.
