[G4] G4 Processor UpGrade

With price of processors dropping I was trying to decide if I should 
get a single 1.4 Mhz or a Dual 1.2 Mhz.

I have a APG 400Mhz with 1.2Gigs of RAM and 4 120 Gig Hard Drives. I 
have the need for speed.
