[G4] Entourage PDF Viewer

On my 533 MHz PowerPC G4, PDF doc attachments attached to incoming emails
managed by Entourage are opened in Preview, even though I also have Adobe
Reader installed.

Are there significant reasons to favor one application over another for
opening PDF docs? 

How does one indicate his default preference?
