[G4] iDVD 5 Error During Burninng

Hello,

I am experiencing a strange problem that I have not had before.  I 
created a normal project in Imovie 5 and then exported into iDVD 5.0.1.  
It seems very normal in the progress viewing box and encodes fine.  For 
some strange reason it goes to the end of the burning stage and then a 
dialog/warning box says this message:

Burning Finished Errors were found During the Burning Process.

The error #34506 was reported.

A second dialog box behind the first says:
Multiplexer Error
There was a problem During Multiplexing/Burning.

Could anyone explain what a Error#34506 is and why this particular 
project is not being received by iDVD and burned to a DVD?

I tried to start a new iDVD project and import the iMovie but again it 
continues to provide these warnings.  I tried a short test iDVD project 
and it recorded fine.  I have never experienced this problem before.
