[G4] How to Grab a Frame from a DVD

That's one way.  But, for an el-cheapo, built-in way, pause the DVD and press SHIFT-CMD-4, and use the arrow to select what you want to copy, and then hit RETURN, and it will appear on your desktop.  --Steve
