Almost all of the major brands of Cable/DSL wireless G routers, use an interface through the web browser. This makes them compatible across all platforms. The only issue could be if you want/need to do firmware upgrades some only support the PC platform. Of course for ease of setup/usage the Apple ones are the way to go, You will pay more for it however.
