[G4] trashing system preferences

Firsly there is no reason to trash it and every reason to just leave it 
alone. It needs to be there.
Second, If it's your computer, then you should be  able to establish 
root or admin.
highlight a particular folder's icon and "get info".
  Change your priveleges.
trash what you will but the OS needs the itnernational so get it out of 
your head that you need to trash it.
use option-trash if you need to.
