[G4] safari question

the "?" in the dock is simply a placeholder when you
open safari the "?" is replaced by the safari icon.

BUT THE ADVISE OFFERED BELOW IS VERY GOOD ADVISE
...ITS ALWAYS BETTER TO MAKE YOUR PROBLEM AND HAVE TO
LIVE WITH PROBLEM MADE BY THE FORMER OWNER OF YOUR
