[G4] Keychain Password problem.

Hello All. I just upgraded to Tiger on my G4 40Mhz AGP. I seem to have a 
bit of a problem with my "Keychain". In my original installation of OSX 
I dont recall ever using the keychain for anything. Now when I start up 
Safari, it asks for my keychain password (of course it only gives you 3 
trys. Is there anyway as the Administator to change or input a new 
password for this annoying popup?
