I found what you need at http://www.cooldrives.com/samibrcosadr.html. But, for the price (~$30) you'd probably be just a well off buying a new drive. A local store recently had 120GB drives for $20 after a rebate. SATA PCI controller cards go for around $60-$70. (About twice what the same card for a PC costs!) MacSense has a card that does both SATA and ATA: http://www.macsense.com/product/sua-100_b.html, but a brief google search didn't find anyone selling it. As to the response concerning performance I couldn't find anything on the net that would indicate that you'd be able to notice the difference between using the SATA drive on a native controller or an adaptor.
