I also have a Dual MDD. When I bought it, it came with a DVI to VGA monitor adapter. It also came with a USB extension cable. I assume you have a standard monitor with a VGA connection. The Apple store carries the adapter, just do a search. It costs $19 dollars before tax and shipping. The Apple stores also carries a Belkin USB Extention cable. They come in 6 or 10 feet(also $19 dollars). This will take care of your keyboard. Another solution in the interest of saving money, is to contact the seller and ask him what he/she did with keyboard and Monitor adapter. If they still have it, ask them to mail it to you.
