I had already updated the Firmware and all hardware as much as I could, and checked compatibility for all my software, to get ready for 10.1 and above, but now will have to check for BootROM version updates. The doc about the differences between the 'Mac OS ROM' and the 'Boot ROM' ( http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=58492 ) was what I was looking for.
