[G4] norton systemworks

If you are using OSX, Norton 3.0 does not have the proper profile for 
Speed Disk to optimize. You need to upgrade Norton.

In fact, I'd be hesitant to use the 3.0 version for anything, since it 
came out about 8 yrs ago!
