[G4] best video card

what is the BEST video card i can put in my G4 500 sawtooth? 
altnernately to the best, what are other logical options?

also, i have mixed pc 133 and 100 RAM in my machine.... i imagined my 
mac board to be smart enough to tolerate the differences... any 
comments
