This is called a kernel panic and is generally indicative of a  
hardware problem. OS X is notoriously finicky about RAM. My  
suggestion would be to remove all but the original Apple RAM (if you  
still have it, of course) and try again. Add in a stick at a time  
until you find the problem. If it's not RAM, check your PCI cards  
(SCSI cards are also very prone to problems) and USB and FireWire  
devices. Some USB hubs can cause problems. Good luck.
