I usually follow this list of questions to find the problem source with DSL installations: 1. What DSL service is being used? 2. Has contact been made to the DSL service company for support? 3. What was installed - software? hardware? 4. How was the software (if any) configured? 5. How was the Network Preferences configured? 6. What browser software is being used? 7. What DSL modem is being used? 8. What physical connection is being used - ethernet cable, USB cable, wireless card? 9. Has that connection been tested for functionality?
