[G4] Tiger Desktop Changing

Hmm....

Mine doesn't have a time slider.  When I choose an iPhoto album, the  
"Change Picture" checkbox is greyed out, and the time selector  
(defaulted to 5 minutes) is also greyed out.

Again, I can select the album, but the option to change the picture  
is greyed out.

Any other ideas?
