[G4] How to transfer data from a PC?

I just bought a G4 and am trying to transfer Email addresses from 
Eudora on the PC to Mail on the Mac. Any ideas?
Also, I'm trying to transfer names and addresses and phone numbers from 
an odd database on the PC to Address Book on the Mac.
Three hours of work with no joy yet.
