Question. I was using DVD Player until recently. Now it just starts up and shuts down automatically. I tried to remove it and reinstall but I keep getting the message "a newer version is already in volume. Aside from removing the icon and removing it from the preferences, what else must be removed before I can reinstall the DVD Player software. Thanks in advance
