[G4] Apple Mail 2.0 Question

Does anyone else have trouble with Mail 2.0 and Mac os 10.4.2 not  
displaying all of their mailbox contents. The messages are not there  
in the viewer window, but can be located using the search feature.

Sent and the inbox are the only places where all mail there is shown?  
All other boxes appear blank when clicked on. I have tried  
rebuilding, Still with no success. Anyone else have this problem?
