Dale, Grab the freeware app Safari Enhancer from http:// www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/17776 to enable the Debug menu. From that menu, you'll see a slew of useful items, including one to import bookmarks from Internet Explorer, Netscape and Mozilla. The freeware app Onyx also offers the opportunity to import bookmarks as well, if I recall.
