[G4] Tiger Widget Water Drop Effect

Hi,

I have a G4 867 Powerbook.  I am running 10.4.2.  I notice that I  
don't seem to get the fancy water drop/ripple effect with the widgets  
that other people do.  Am I missing something or is does this machine  
not support that effect?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
