[G4] Saved Mail file recovery!

Hello all,
    I recently accidentally trashed my main email account and quickly 
redid it! unfortunately I think I lost the "Saved Mail' folder that I 
initially created. Would anyone know where these files are stored and if 
they are recoverable? I did a spotlight search and believe I found it 
but cant read it thru the application (Netscape 7.1). A double 
click-"Text Edit" opening of the file is mostly unreadable. Im using OS 
10.4.6! Thanks for your input!
