[G4] OS 9.2 start up issue

This just isn't my week.

I have a g4 tower that is having 2 issues:

1.  Occais. doesn't wake up from sleep
2.  "  "         freezes when starting up - same point- after the 3rd 
extension icon loads on the startup progress window.

Guesses welcome.

Also, do the extensions load up in a given order so that I might figure 
out which extension is problematic?  Is there a guide to which 
extensions correspond to each icon?
