[G4] Windows Media Player question -- no picture

Hi -- Windows Media Player will sometimes play .wmv with sound and  
picture, sometimes with just sound, and sometimes won't play them at  
all.

As best I can tell I have the most recent version of Windows Media  
Player. I'm running OS 10.4 on a G4 450.

Any suggestions?
