I have a love hate relationship with it. I stand corrected - it is the other library. Root/library/receipt is the directory. Then move the iPhoto .pkg file to the desktop. Then run software update. If this forces the OS to download the new iPhoto application, then throw away the iPhoto.pkg file on your desktop.
