Dear Jerry, if your G4 really runs at 533 MHz, it's not a Gigabit but a Digital Audio (DA). The culprit is most likely the PS. But first, disconnect your Mac from electricity and remove the PRAM-battery. Wait some 15 minutes, then replace the battery and reconnect. You may try to start up pressing the power button on the front panel. Otherwise, if - by chance - you got an original USB-Keyboard (iMac-type), you may try to power-up via USB pressing the power button on the keyboard. Check that out and let us know again. Good luck!
